            -> "With tracking" has a basic insurance that covers about 40 €. Option to add extra insurance for 4€ to Spain ou 9.50€ to other countries (only recommended for amounts above 50 €). Above 250€ insurance is mandatory.

 

Shipping General Notes:

Note 1: Standard shipping is insured and registered. We give the option to the buyer to choose other cheaper methods to save some money but offer less security. In case of any problems, we expect the buyer to assume responsibility for the chosen option.

Note 2: We meticulously pack all orders to withstand transportation. If the package arrives damaged, it's the carrier's responsibility. The buyer must ensure the carrier records significant damage upon delivery for insurance purposes (if applicable). Photos may be required.

Note 3: If an order is suspected lost, inform us within 2-3 weeks of shipment. We'll initiate insurance claims or engage with the carrier. After this period, activating insurance might be challenging. We prefer allowing time for resolution before making complaints, but we'll act when necessary. Buyers can also seek assistance from local post offices. Refunds for lost orders occur only after a thorough assessment, which typically takes weeks to over a month. Only when postal services consider the order as lost will the order be refunded, in the insured amount. If, unfortunately, it is necessary to go through a process like this, there will have to be a lot of patience on both sides.Last Updated: 20 Apr 2024
